All visitors/ suppliers and contractors must be presented with hand sanitisers on entrance at any building, together with a Visitor’s Precautionary questionnaire – should we experience an outbreak, we would need to provide this information to the NICD for exposure tracking and testing.
Should visitors declare travel to high or medium risk countries in recent times (past 20 days) please escalate to the Building supervisor who will escalate case to the Area Manager and Divisional Manager.
Visitation to elders will be restricted to only immediate family members, and full disclosure of travel in the past 20 days must be made to the building supervisor and their line manager. Current overseas visitors staying in guest facilities may be asked to be referred to regulatory testing as per the Government’s latest protocol.
Social work and other essential services including Meals on Wheels deliveries and Home Based Care will continue using protocols developed by line managers responsible. Restrict movement of external visitors (not residents and staff) from wellness centres into buildings.
The Wellness centres may not be made available for external use during the next three months. Kindly ensure cancellations and refunds timeously.
Delivery access points restricting access to external providers should be identified and managed.
