Every Tuesday:

TAFTA’s Jolly Hearts Club, the perfect social club for 55’s and over, meet every Tuesday from 10:00 at the Open Door Assembly, 49 Chubb Place Newlands East. Membership is R 10 per month.

29 March 2011:

Sue Frye will be presenting an information talk on Healthy Living , speaking specifically on Diabetes, Hypertension & Cholesterol

19 April 2011:

Evashnee Naidu from the Black Sash will de delivering a talk on the importance of a Last Will & Testament as well as the process of drawing up one.

Mission

To alleviate distress and promote the wellbeing of older persons in Durban.

Policy

To use our resources for the aged in the most effective and most efficient manner.

Aim

To encourage the elderly to live as independent members of the community for as long as possible, and to care for those who are no longer able to look after themselves.
