This residential home provides various accommodation options, depending on income and fitness level.

In Ray Hulett House there are 8 assisted living units, 52 rooms for couples and 52 single rooms, with wash hand basins built in cupboards and communal ablution facilities. Preference is given to older persons with limited income. Residents must have a minimum income of an Old Age Grant.

In the Ray Hulett Annex there are 67 single and 80 double flats for older persons with a monthly income of R1 600+.
