Gifts in kind

With more than 20 old age homes and service centres to maintain, we are always in need of basic household items - from bed linen, curtains and towels to furntiture and paint. Books and games are also appreciated by the residents and club members.

We are also most grateful for donations of soap, toothpaste and toilet paper – as well as any food items.

Items that are not suitable for use by our residents – including second hand clothing and crockery – are sold in our shop, Granny's Attic - and the proceeds help towards the cost of providing services for Durban's elderly.

So please - if you are having a clear out, remember us! Unwanted items can be dropped off at Granny's Attic at 80 Samora Machel (Aliwal) Street, or contact us on tel. 031 332-3721 to arrange for collection of large items.
