Wash-hand basins and built-in cupboards in all rooms. Some rooms have balconies. Flats no longer sold on Life-Right.	Communal dining room, TV lounge and garden. Laundry, 24 hour security. Access to Ray Hulett Service Centre – Bingo, outings, church services and craft classes. Weekly clinic, library, Home Based Care services. On bus route.	Must be fit and mobile. Preference given to those with limited income.
TAFTA Lodge 42 South Beach Avenue Durban	Single and double flats to rent. A percentage of flats being sold on Life-Right scheme. Own toilet and bathroom, open-plan kitchen.	Easy access to hospital, shops and beach and all the facilities of the Anna Conradie Service Centre. Hairdresser, coin-operated launderette, tuck shop, 24-hour security. Weekly clinic and access to Social Work services. Home Based Care available. On bus route.	Must be fit and mobile.
TAFTA on Ridge (Residential) 51 East Street Overport Durban Tel. +27 31 208 4175	Unfurnished single rooms with shared bathrooms.	Full board, lounges, library, dining room, TV lounge, garden with aviary, coin-operated washing machine. Access to Social Work Services, hairdresser, weekly clinic, Bible study and church services. Home Based Care available. 24 hour security. On bus route.	Must be fit and mobile with an independent income of R1 500+.
Frail Accomodation
TAFTA on Ridge (Frail Care) 51 East Street Overport Durban	Caters for frail aged persons in need of nursing care.	Double, single and shared furnished rooms, some with shared bathrooms.Qualified nursing staff on duty 24 hours a day. A doctor attends weekly for frail residents. Lounge/dining room, therapy centre, Stroke Club, Alzheimer's Support Group.	Must be fit and mobile.
John Dunn House 224 Austerville Drive Austerville Wentworth	Ward accommodation for bedridden or very frail residents. Fully furnished double rooms. Provision is made for couples. Caters for frail aged persons in need of nursing care. Vacancies are allocated according to the greatest need.	Qualified nursing staff on duty 24 hours a day. A doctor attends twice a week for frail residents. Full board, lounge, dining room, library, chapel and a specially laid out garden. Television, laundry service, Stroke Club..Midday meal available. Communal lounge with TV, library, laundry, security, advisory clinic, live-in management.	Must be fit and mobile.
John Conradie House Prince Street Durban	Semi-furnished single rooms with communal bathroom and toilet facilities. Wash-hand basins and built-in cupboards in all rooms. No cooking facilities in rooms.	Three meals a day, dining room and three lounges (two with TV). Communal garden, tuck shop, laundry, 24-hour security. Weekly clinic and access to Social Work services. Home Based Care. Close to Addington Hospital. On bus route.	Must be fit and mobile. Preference given to those with limited income.
Assisted Living Units
Ilungelo Labadala Village TAFTA Development Project, Amaoti Village	16 Independent living cottages with kitchen, ablution and open living area. 2 children's cottages and an assisted living unit.	Service Centre, Fellowship service, adult education classes, physical exercise classes, support group for grandparents caring for children. Pension pay point.	Couple of single grandparents caring for at least two children under the age of 7. Must be in receipt of a pension or disability grant.
Sondella Unit John Conradie House Prince Street, Durban11	Assisted living unit – preference given to people with limited income.	Furnished rooms with communal bathroom.3 meals a day,	Carer to provide supervision and limited assistance.
